Türk Ticaret Bankası carried out comprehensive recruitment activities in 2025, which it declared the “Year of Development,” supported by its qualified workforce and digitizing HR processes.
A Year of People-Focused Growth and Development
Türk Ticaret Bankası has implemented a robust human resources management practice in line with its strategic goals. The Bank, which began operations by extending its first loan in September 2024, designated 2025 as a “Year of Development and Organization.” In this context, employees were offered compensation and social benefits at a level competitive with the industry, and a sense of corporate belonging was strengthened through fair, equitable, and motivating policies.
The Bank conducts strong internal communication efforts to increase employee engagement, takes actions to measure and improve employee satisfaction, and offers career and development opportunities and an expanded benefits package.
Employment and Organizational Expansion
In 2025, the Bank carried out comprehensive recruitment activities to support its rapidly growing organizational structure. During the year, 185 new personnel were hired, bringing the total number of employees to 401. Türk Ticaret Bankası prioritized recruiting highly educated, innovation-oriented, dynamic applicants and offered equal career opportunities to all, regardless of age or gender.
As part of its branch expansion strategy, all processes for the 11 new branches that became operational, from site selection to adherence to the branch concept, were meticulously managed, and staff with appropriate banking qualifications were recruited. Additionally, a new floor was added to the Head Office building to meet growing needs, and workspaces were renovated and expanded.

Training and Development Activities
The Bank implements training programs to ensure alignment between its goals, strategies, and working principles and its training and development processes, and to strengthen its corporate values and culture by investing in employee development. Employee development is supported at the highest level, and solution-oriented development programs are being designed.
In this regard, new employees at the Bank are enrolled in an orientation program tailored to their roles. Employees’ technical knowledge is enhanced through banking training, and their expertise is developed in specialized areas, with the goal of keeping their knowledge up-to-date by participating in national and international certification programs.
An intensive training schedule was implemented in 2025 to support the professional and personal development of employees.
The prominent training activities carried out during the year are as follows:
- Softinya Training Platform: Continuous access to employee development was provided in a digital environment.
- Technical and Regulatory Training: Employees’ technical competencies were enhanced through training on the R Programming Language, MASAK Compliance, and Current Economics/New Generation Business Models.
- Mandatory Training: Training required by banking regulations, as well as mandatory OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) training, drills, and first aid training, was successfully completed.

Digitalization and HR Projects
In 2025, significant projects were implemented as part of the digital transformation of Human Resources processes:
- Easy HR: With the digital HR transformation project, human resources processes were moved to a digital platform.
- Yönet 360 (ERP): The digital procurement transformation project provided end-to-end digital management for the needs of branches and the head office (software, hardware, materials, and services).
- Performans System: A performance management system was established to create a fair and transparent evaluation culture.
