Transparent, Consistent, and Value-Driven Communication

Türk Ticaret Bankası followed a transparent, consistent, and value-oriented communication strategy during the 2025 operating period. This period was a significant turning point in terms of effectively communicating the Bank’s relaunch process to the public and stakeholders, strengthening its brand identity, and reinforcing its export-oriented strategic position. Throughout the year, the Bank demonstrated an integrated communication approach that supported its reputation and brand value.

Promotional Activities

As Türkiye’s first privately-owned national bank with a 112-year history, Türk Ticaret Bankası announced its relaunch with its renewed structure to the public at a widely attended introductory meeting held at the TİM Foreign Trade Complex on May 6, 2025.

Opening ceremonies and ribbon-cutting events were held for the 11 branches that became operational in 2025. These events hosted state officials, local government representatives, academics, representatives from Exporters’ Associations, numerous exporters, and members of the press, strengthening the Bank’s presence in the field.

Strong Engagement with the Export Ecosystem

In line with its vision of being “The Main Bank for Exporters,” the Bank maintained close contact with exporters’ associations and industry organizations throughout the year. By participating in events organized by leading exporters’ associations and industry organizations, including the Eastern Black Sea Exporters’ Association, Istanbul Mineral Exporters’ Association, Defense and Aerospace Industry Exporters’ Association, and İMES Organized Industrial Zone, the Bank directly informed exporters about its activities.

As part of reputation management, the Bank participated in significant organizations. The Bank participated as a Platinum Sponsor in the Istanbul Fashion Connection Ready-to-Wear and Fashion Fair held in February, and as a Strategic Partner in Türkiye Innovation Week 2025, which took place in November. Additionally, the Bank participated with presentations and exhibition booths in the “Regional Exporters Meetings” organized by TİM and in the “Financing of Exports” meetings organized by İhracatı Geliştirme A.Ş. (İGE).

Within the scope of the “Export Academy” program organized by the Ministry of Trade, Bank executives served as instructors and contributed to sectoral development. Bank employees also represented the Bank’s intellectual capital by participating as speakers in summits and panels on topics such as information security, fraud, ethics, and financial payment technologies.

Digital Reputation and Corporate Identity

To ensure brand integrity across digital channels, the design and visual identity work for the corporate website was completed, and the new website was launched. Digital reputation management was effectively maintained by creating content and designs for Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts in line with the established strategy.

In 2025, the Bank’s corporate identity design was updated in line with its vision and strategic objectives for the new term. Promotional materials and booth designs aligned with the updated corporate identity were prepared for use in corporate representation and in branches. Logo and motto initiatives for products and services were carried out in coordination with business units.

Social Responsibility Projects

The foundations for corporate social responsibility initiatives were established in 2025 to support “Sustainable Banking” activities. In 2026, the Bank plans to implement target-oriented projects in the areas of corporate social responsibility and employee volunteering.
