INFORMATION ON LAWSUITS FILED AGAINST THE BANK THAT MAY AFFECT ITS FINANCIAL POSITION AND OPERATIONS, AND THEIR POTENTIAL OUTCOMES
As of the balance sheet date, there are eight ongoing lawsuits filed against the Bank. The Bank has set aside a provision of TL 1,630 thousand for these lawsuits (December 31, 2024: TL 2,900 thousand).

RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
