Hatice Çavdar earned her bachelor’s degree from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Ms. Çavdar began working at Yapı Kredi in 1995, holding various positions ranging from assistant specialist to director, working in different areas of the credit system, including financial analysis, corporate credit allocation, commercial credit allocation, project financing, affiliate credits (leasing and factoring), and FI allocation as well as working as a Corporate Marketing Director.

From 2014 to 2016, she worked at MWH-Stantec as Chief Financial Advisor for the EBRD’s TurREFF-Turkey Residential Energy Efficiency Financing Program.

Ms. Çavdar returned to Yapı Kredi in 2016 and served as Credit Allocation Director until 2022. From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Çavdar served as Credit Allocation Director at İhracatı Geliştirme A.Ş.

In June 2024, she joined Türk Ticaret Bankası as Executive Vice President, Credit Underwriting.
