Our 2025 Annual Report Has Been Published

The report presents our business model, which centres on the needs of exporters, our solutions designed to facilitate access to finance, and our growth strategy within a comprehensive framework; it also includes a roadmap for our Bank’s objectives for the coming period.

As detailed in the report, in 2025 we prioritised technology to ensure that our exporters could access all the products and services they require in the fastest, safest and in the most efficient and suitable manner, in line with our Bank’s mission. The “phygital banking” approach, where physical and digital services converge, formed the foundation of our service model. Whilst launching our Türk Ticaret Bankası Mobile and internet banking infrastructure, we enhanced the customer experience through data-driven processes and advanced security measures.

We offered a wide range of products, including export finance, rediscount loans, working capital and investment finance. IGE-guaranteed loans have been a key tool in improving access to finance, whilst our advisory support has contributed to our exporters’ risk management. In 2025, the financing we provided to exporting firms reached 76.3 billion TL; the total business volume reached stood at 94.1 billion TL.

For Türk Ticaret Bankası, being “the exporter’s main bank” is not merely a slogan, but the fundamental approach that shapes our entire business model. We focus on the export ecosystem. Whilst offering our exporters all banking products and services—both lending and non-lending products—we provide investment and asset management products, including deposits, to our corporate and individual customers who are not exporters. In this way, by prioritising the export ecosystem from a financing perspective, we become “the exporter’s second home”; we are steadfastly continuing our efforts to contribute to the sustainable growth of exports and to achieve our goal of being the exporter’s main bank.
