8. Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Your application must include:
a) Your name and surname, and your signature if the application is submitted in writing,
b) Republic of Türkiye ID Number for Turkish citizens; nationality, passport number, or identity number, if available, for foreign nationals,
c) Residential or workplace address for notification,
d) E-mail address, telephone number, and fax number, if any, for notification,
e) The subject of your request.
Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days. If processing your request requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board's tariff may be charged.
